How do I create an account?

Can I place a trial order?

Absolutely. We want to earn your business and give you a chance to try out the great service we offer.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday; 9:00 am till 7:00 pm (EST).

What if another company has lower pricing?

We work hard to guarantee the lowest prices in the market. If you find a cheaper
price, please call, or email us, and we will do our absolute best to meet or beat it.

Please note: We will require proof of the price and service being offered by a credible U.S based company.

How can I place an order or get more information?

Simply contact us, and one of our customer care representatives will be able to help you, or direct you to the correct account representative best suited to your needs. You will receive a call, or email, within 24 hours to discuss all your ordering needs, including pricing, delivery times, payment terms, etc.

How do I check on my order status?

To check on your order status, please contact your account representative, who can provide you with the (UPS) tracking information. Your account representative will be watching the progress of your shipment, and will alert you of any delays, when necessary.

Do you have Contracts?

No. We believe in maintaining customer relationships with our quality products,
excellent customer service, trust, and competitive pricing.

What if there is an error in my order?

If there is an issue with your order, or if it has not arrived within two business days, please contact your account representative who can rectify the situation immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We also offer COD (check on delivery) option, but please note: an addition $10 will be charged by the courier for this service.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No

How do you ship? What carrier is used?

We ship via UPS Monday-Friday. All orders need to be in by 5:00 pm EST for same day shipping.

How long will it take until I get my order?

All orders are shipped for two-business day delivery, not including weekends.

What happens if I am not present to sign for my order?

A designated agent of your facility may sign for your shipment.

How much does it cost for shipping and handling?

Shipping is a flat rate of $30.00 for two-business-day shipping. If you need your order expedited, please notify your account representative at the time the order is placed, and we can over-night your shipment for a flat-rate of $60.00.

Please note: There will be an additional $10.00 added for
any COD.
