We are committed to helping our customers. That is why we offer a 15-day no-hassle returns policy. If, for any reason within 15 days of receipt of your products, any of our products don’t work for you, simply return the product for a refund.  Simply follow these steps: There may be a small restocking fee

  1. To return your products, send an email within 15 days of delivery to  and explain that you wish to make a return.
  2. if applicable You will receive a Return Authorization within 24 hours. explaning the steps for your return
  3. Return your products along with the following information on a piece of paper:  your name, email address and shipping address, and postage receipt (see next item) and place inside the shipping box.
  4. Be sure to pay proper postage for any returns to ensure receipt of the products at the Customer Care center.
  5. Allow 15-30 days from the time Customer Care receives your returned products for your payment  to be credited. If your payment card company takes more than 15 days to process the refund, you may have to wait an additional billing cycle. Call us with any questions, we’ll be happy to explain.

IMPORTANT: You must contact us at  prior to returning a product. A refund will not be issued without proper return authorization from one of our customer service representatives. No returns will be accepted after 15 days.
