Most orders ship the next business day and are sent via established and recognized carriers such as FedEx and UPS. All orders are shipped for next-day delivery. For special orders we may require up to 5 business days to complete delivery, but will confirm delivery time at the time the order is placed.
In the event that our most popular items need to be restocked, a Customer Care representative will advise you. We will never charge your payment card until your products ship.
In the case that you cannot receive your delivery, the courier company will leave a slip or card at your delivery address after two attempts. You can then pick up your order up from the courier company office that is servicing your area. You must provide a piece of identification that matches the delivery address in order to pick up your order.
